The 2nd Global SatShow, which took place on 29-30 November last year in Istanbul, Turkey, brought together satellite operators from across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The two-day tradeshow was presented by ESOA, the EMEA Satelite Operators Association. Together, they outlined the opportunities and challenges that can be respectively realised and overcome through collaborations and regional co-operations. Under the theme of Smart Connections, these players covered the satellite industry, space technologies, mobility and connected transport trends, 5G, broadcast, broadband and IoT.
Participants of the 2nd Global Satshow shared their opinions, thoughts and ideas following the event which included an exhibition, summit and awards. Here is what they had to say:
